Call Blocking

Block Calls:

  1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
  2. Access "Settings" and tap "Call"
  3. Tap "Call reject" > "Reject calls from"
  4. Tap "Add" and follow one of the steps below:
    • Tap "Contacts" to block a contact from the phonebook
    • To block a phone number from the call history tap "Call Logs", select the phone number and tap "Done"
    • To block a new phone number tap "New number", enter the number and tap "Save"

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
  2. Tap "Call" > "Call reject"
  3. Tap "Reject calls from"
  4. Tap the "Trash can" icon
  5. Tap the phone numbers you want to unblock
  6. Tap "Delete" and press "Yes" to confirm

Call Forwarding

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Tap "Call" and under "Incoming call", tap "Call forwarding"
  4. Tap "Always forward" and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Optionally you can tap "Contacts" and select a forwarding number from the phonebook
  6. Tap "Turn on"

Forward Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap "Apps" and go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
  3. Under "Forward if", select to forward when "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
  4. If necessary edit the phone number to forward calls to
  5. Tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. From the phone's "Settings" menu tap "Call"
  2. Under "Incoming call" tap "Call forwarding"
  3. Select "Always forward"
  4. Press "Disable" to turn off call forwarding

Block & Unblock Messages / Spam

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open the apps drawer and press "Menu"
  2. Tap "Spam manager"
  3. Tap "Spam settings" > "Spam numbers"
  4. Press "+" and enter the phone number you want to block
  5. Tap "Save"

Unblock Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch "Messaging" and press "Menu"
  2. Tap "Spam number" > "Spam settings"
  3. Tap "Spam numbers" and then touch the "Trash can" icon
  4. Select the phone number you want to unblock messages from and tap "Delete"
  5. Press "Yes" to confirm
