Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. If necessary, go to the “General” tab
  4. Tap “Call”
  5. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select to “Always forward”
  7. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  8. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls if “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding (NOTE: you can also choose a contact from your phonebook)
  5. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable, and tap “Turn off”

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  4. Tap “Reject calls from”
  5. Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter the number and tap “Save”
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a call log entry: tap the desired call log entry and press “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Go to “Call” > “Call reject”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”, then tap the “Trash can” icon
  4. Select the phone numbers / contacts you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete”
  6. Press “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open the “Messaging” app
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to prevent from sending you messages
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
  4. Select whether you wish to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  5. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Spam manager”
  4. Tap the “Spam numbers” option
  5. Touch the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
