Back Up App Data:
- Swipe the Status bar down on the home screen
- Open Settings
- Access the General tab if needed
- Tap Backup & reset
- Turn on Back up my data
Back Up Contacts On the SD Card:
- Open Settings
- Go to the General tab
- Tap Backup & reset
- Tap LG Backup > Backup & restore
- Tap Back up data > SD Card
- Select the contacts you want to back up and tap Start
- When prompted with Backup completed, tap Done
Back Up Contacts Using an LG Account:
- Launch Settings
- Access the General tab
- Tap Backup & reset > LG Backup
- Tap Backup & restore
- Tap Back up data > LG Cloud
- Log in with your LG Account and enable Personal data, while deselecting the other options
- Expand the Personal data option and ensure Contacts is checked
- Tap Start
- When prompted with Backup completed, tap Done
Back Up Media Files Using Your Phone:
- Go to Settings
- If necessary, access the General tab
- Tap Backup & reset > LG Backup
- Tap Backup & Restore
- Turn on Media data and disable the other options
- Tap Start
- At the Backup completed prompt, tap Done
Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:
- Establish a USB Connection between the LG X Power and computer
- When prompted, enable Media device (MTP) / File Transfer (MTP), or enable the option from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the media files on your phone and copy them
- Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage via system tray
- You can now safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
