Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline With Message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  5. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a contact: select the contact you want to block and tap “Done”
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
  3. Select whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  4. Tap “Yes”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & options” and tap “Block [contact / number]”

NOTE: The message thread and future messages from the blocked contact / number will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts” (NOTE: This option will not be shown if the block list is empty)
  3. Tap “Unblock” next to the contact you want to unblock

NOTE: The message thread will be removed from archives.

Manage Caller ID Settings:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Additional settings”
  4. Go to “Caller ID”
  5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
  5. If necessary, edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or you can tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “More”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” > “Turn off”
