Receiving the same text message over and over

I received a text message that contained two images. Since then this message repeats every 5-6 minutes. I have tried blocking the number without any success. This number is not in my contact list. What can I try at this point. I have a Razr M

I would contact your service provider and have them block the number.

Hey guys something weird that has been happening since yesterday. I get a text message and constantly now receive the same message over and over and over. For example I received today alone within the last hour 6 of the same message from the same person. Any idea what this Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox is?
