I'm trying to send an email msg so I can email myself a pic I took, and it gives me this error when I send it off.

Come to think of it though, outside of the limited cingular web stuff, I've never been able to access any webpages at all...

Is this a phone issue? Cingular issue? Account issue?

What can I do about it?

I've been to that page several times.. even looking past the fact that the setup has quite a few differences from the phone they have there to my phone, it still does not work.

I've had a cingular help person walk me through this stuff via web chat, still did not work. We went through it for 2 hours... that's when they told me to contact a cingular engineer..

It sounds to me like you need to go in person to a Cingular Store and tell them to flash your software. What phone do you have? Is it branded for Cingular or unlocked/debranded?

As far as I know, it's branded... I bought this directly from a cingular representative.

Is there something on the phone I could access to give you a more accurate serial/version??
