L7 Won't Charge -Phone or Battery?

Hey guys and gals,

I have an L7 w/o iTunes that I got back in October last year off of eBay and has worked awesome. It has taken a pounding over the months though; assphault drops, etc...speaker crapped out but I got a new one but before I recieved that via eBay the battery stopped taking a charge.

It was at one bar for battery and that's when I decide to charge it overnight. Get up in the morning it says it was charging but it still had the red battery flashing and wouldn't go away unitl I rebooted the phone.

The battery had two bars but by the time I got back from work that day it completely died/shutdown.

Put it in the wall charger and the Charging Battery came up w/o it being on, then I turned it on and kept it on the charger. I've been suspecting the wall charger so i plugged it into the USB cable from the computer to charge it. It stayed on, then half an hour later I got a message, read it, still plugged in, then it completely died.

I'm like, wtf? It doesn't even turn on or anything else you turn it one without it plugged in then as soon the keypad lights up quick plug it in it'll power up and say it's charging but then 5 minutes later it powers down and then goes into charging mode. But then i had it charging over night w/o the phone on and still had a red battery in morning, no good.

I ordered a battery for it, BC60, so hopefully that's it, other than that, what else could it be?

Well, I got a new battery, came completely dead and the phone won't even charge that, so I have no idea what to do except for getting a replacement unless you guys know and alternative by chance?
