Transfer music from PC to KRZR k1m

I have the KRZR (Verizon) and just bought a mini-USB cord.

I connected it to my phone and my computer recognized the phone and asked me to install software but cannot find the proper software to install.

I go to my phone to Sync Music and it is unacle to connect.

It says "Connect Failure Please check your cable connection to the PC Press END or CLR to exit."

What do I do now?

You need the drivers to comunicate with your phone. You can download here:

easy i did it

There is also software from Verizon (it's free, check the site) that you can use. I have a krzr too, and that's what I used. You do have to have a driver, which you should be able to find along with the vzw software.

To piggy back on Deb's post, you simply go to V CAST Music Manager Download and download the appropriate version for your PC or laptop and phone.
