Hi all,

I am trying to upgrade my phone software to the latest but the iDEN apps (download apps and the latest firware updater) cant see my phone. Its plugged in via usb data cable with phone rate set to 19200. (I have tried Auto as well as other data rates with no sucess) I get error 6 (cant communicate). Although, XP does notice when the phone is plugged in via usb. XP finds two different windows drivers (iDen usb modem i believe) for the phone if i let it search automatically, but it fails to load these also.

Also, is there a way to clear my sim card if i wanted to sell my phone with sim card?
