V3i Camera Problem

Dear All,
I own a Motorola V3i which is seems to be very good phone.However since last some days i am facing problem in its Camera.Whenever i click camera (still/video) it gives error that " camera is busy" . initially, i thought that camera is taking time to start thats why i am getting this error but it never started.can anybody suggest me any solution for this.

A couple things for you to try:
- Remove your phone's battery for at least a minute, then put it back in
- Do a master reset
- Update the phone's software
- post this question on Motorola support site,
Last but not least, take it to a repair center.

thanx a ton for your reply however,my fone is outta warranty n as u know motorola doesn't support such handset so how would i update its software...if u hv solution then pls share with me.....
