Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Press Menu > Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: if this option is not supported by your carrier, it will not be shown in the settings menu)
- Enter or select the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Press Menu > Settings
- Tap Call forwarding if available
- Select to forward incoming calls When unreachable, When unanswered or When busy
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Update / Enable
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Press Menu
- Tap Settings > Call forwarding
- Select to turn off Always forward or a different forwarding option
- Tap Disable
Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All contacts and select the contact you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn on All calls to voicemail
Unblock Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn off All calls to voicemail
Block Messages Using Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer and launch Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap Menu
- Access Archived and select the desired conversation thread
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu once more and access People & Options"
- Tap Unblock [phone number] to confirm
