Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: if this option is not supported by your carrier, it will not be shown in the settings menu)
  4. Enter or select the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” if available
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu”
  3. Tap “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to turn off “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
  5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All contacts” and select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages Using Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Messenger”
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Archived” and select the desired conversation thread
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” once more and access “People & Options"
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm
