Sync iPhone Contacts With Google Account via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Motorola device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer using the Lightning cable
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Access the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. From the drop-down menu, select “Google Contacts”
  5. Sign in with your Google account, or alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the Moto device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share and click “Settings”
  5. Click “Export vCard” and wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the computer
  6. Once done, follow one of these steps:
    • Open the Internet browser and Import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the Moto E3 Power to your computer using the USB cord, and transfer the vCard to the phone storage. Then, use “Contacts” to import it

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third party app that can be used to back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Open the application and tap “Backup”. This will create a vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Once done, tap “Email”
  4. Make sure the vCard backup file is attached to the email, and send the email to your own address
  5. Switch to the Moto E3 Power and open the email
  6. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app for iOS and Android, which can be used to transfer contacts, cross-platform, without requiring a PC.

  1. Access the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Go to the Google Play Store on the Moto E3 Power, and install the same app
  3. Open the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the contacts you want to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, choose the desired transfer method, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, or “Receive” on the Moto E3 Power, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
