QUESTION:
How will AT&T agents will know if the customer that they are assisting over the phone
chose the option for participating in the
survey regarding the quality of service that they received
from the representative that just assisted them?!
ANSWER:
They can see it in their avaya phone>
The prefix of the phone # that they will see on their phone
will start with:
303-256
or
402-572
because of this,
the representatives who know this
will only do good in their calls if they know it's a survey call & if turns out to be a bad call
they will just call their customer back to prevent the customer from giving them a low score...
I feel bad for AT&T because they are being stupefied these representatives.
They should have a much better, much effective survey system
that will make it impossible for their representatives to know if they are being surveyed or not.
this will give them more accurate results that can produce more satified customers and addtional customers.

Re: How Some AT&T Representatives Stupify AT&T
well I guess if you're a customer the solution is to always choose to take a survey
btw, how do you know this? have you worked in an AT&T call center before? Have you worked with Avaya phone systems before?
