    Hello, I am new here to this forum and have looked a bit but could not find a similar question. My wife & I have 2 Transform phones, a couple issues that we noticed are:
    1) if we have 1 active call and a 2nd call commes in, we take the phone away from our face to slide the answer tab but the screen stays blacked out for about 10 or more seconds before lighting up. By the time the screen does light up the call has been sent to voice mail. I understand that there is a photocell that turns the screen black while the phone is against the cheek and should relight the screenwhen the photocell sees light, but its reaction time seems to be extremely slow.
    2) the escalating ringer, well what can I say here? This feature stinks, I would rather have the ringer on at the volume I have it set to instead of escalating.
    I have talked to the people at sprint and have been told that this is the way it is basically. So here I am too ask if anyone here has also come accross this and if there are any fixes. Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

    Ok, so there has been 93 (+) views of my question and no replies. Does this then mean that my 2 Transforms are the only ones that does this and that the Sprint team is wrong? Has anyone tried this to see if your Transform does the same thing, if not could someone please try it and let me know if it's just my phones and if it is maybe I can get them replaced. Thanks
