How to? GT-E1272 (Caramel) PC USB Sync/Management

Hi,
I've tried Kies 2 & 3 on XP and OS X 10.8, but the phone wasn't recognized.
They seems to have no appropriate USB drivers.
Could someone tell me how to sync / manage this phone on an PC?

what exactly do you want to sync?

Basically everything.
I mean, the most important things are phonebooks and messages;
but it'd be nice if I could also put some multimedia into the phone.
