    There is an application coming on some phones called Custom blocker. It disables Download mode, ADB, Erase all data, Block device admin and other restrictions. Not possible to delete app, download firmware or force download mode with jig. Also not possible to delete device administrator.

    Any solution paid or free to remove this restriction?

    Exact same thing has happened to me. The phone needs a hard reset but needs to be put in download mode to be able to do so which the custom blocker prevents. Haven't found anyone able to fix it yet.
