can this phone be turned on without a battery? i got one from ebay with no battery and while i wait for a battery i was going to try and start it up with the charger. also does anyone know if this phone will cast to a tv? my kyocera doesn't seem to be able to do this. i would like to use the kodi app and cast to the tv using the chromecast stick i have. can't get kodi on the chrome book yet unless someone has a link to do that. thanks
