At first I thought I had deep thick pockets but it turned out my T616 is not vibrating when a call comes in.
Anyway to fix this? Thanks.

Did you check to make sure the vibrate was turned on?
Go to menu -> Settings -> Sounds/Alerts -> Vibrating Alert and select "On" .. It might be set to Off or On if Silent

Hahah sorry, Im new here so I have no idea who knows what. I do believe that the vibrate mechanism in these phones is down near the charging port. (Its a white plastic piece with a little metal spinny thing on it) Maybe its got lint or something stuck on it that is keeping it from spinning? Thats possible if you carry it in your pocket a lot.

my best bet is to open the housing and fix it. the vibrate mechanism is beside the speaker and is incased in blue rubber.

You know whats funny. I got out of my car and my t616 was in my pocket and fell on the ground (hard smash to the bottom). Next call I get its vibrating....... Big dent on the bottom tho.

My phone did the same thing...eventually it started vibrating again. I just took it apart and put it back together.
