    Hello,
i am going to get a new phone, and i am planning on selling my SE p1i. i was just wondering how i would go about saving all my contacts to my computer and then removing all things saved on the phone so i can sell it. Any help is very much appreciated.

    Thanks

Hi there, you can do this in one of two ways.

    1. Copy the contacts on to your SIM card and then erase the information off the phone, this would be the simplest way.

    2. If there is more information than just contacts that you want, you can use, the PC Suite , available as free download from SE.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you, that was very helpful. i will probably use the PC suit because i will most likely have to get a new sim card. Thanks!

    I am glad it helped.

BTW, you can still use your old SIM card to transfer contacts to your phone and then use the new SIM card, but the certainly the PC Suite is a better option all around.

PS: I have always liked the SE P1i, too bad it only comes as a Euro triband, missing 850 for NA.
