I NEED to lose T-Mobile USA and avoid an ETF; here's the issue. Month after month, my 12YO son's bill shows dozens of texts to the UK (we're in the states). I called and chatted with T-Mo CS and after finally being permitted to chat with a "supervisor", he/she determine these texts did not originate from my son's device - Great, huh? They credited the text charges and assured me it wouldn;t happen again if I got a new SIM and off I went. Got the new SIM and the next month, more UK charges. Again, the T-Mo CS rep assured me these were valid charges until I, again after much wrangling, got to chat with a manager - they credited me the charges again agreeing that these messages did not originate with my son's phone. They have no idea what's wrong and even though they always claim, month after month, that the problem will be either fixed or they will automatically credit the texts to the UK on each cycle's bill, I just got the latest statement and, guess what? A ton of UK texts.

Ich kann nicht erwartet werden, in jedem Monat anrufen und behaupten, mit diesen Leuten nur für einen Manager, um schließlich sagen, dass es ein Problem an ihrem Ende sein. Ich habe auch keine Ahnung, was ein Teil meiner Rechnung ist korrekt mehr und wollen einfach nur aus.

Klingt wie etwas, wofür ich meinen Vertrag ohne Zahlung der ETF könnte kündigen?
