A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following...

1. [ ] Network lock
2. [ ] Subset lock
3. [ ] SP lock

If the Network lock is on, then input a non accepted simcard into your phone.

Make sure all wifi and gps setting are turned off.

The phone will prompt you for an unlock code. If you don't have one you can find one here in the code look up section. Unlock code
