LG Fathom VS750 Won't send Picture messages.

Hi guys. Just got an LG Fathom VS750, activated it on T-Mobile with their SIM card in store. It makes calls and recieves them just fine and can send and recieve text messages just fine, but the problem is it won't send picture messages. I've tried numerous times to no avail. The funny thing is I can get on the internet just fine(It's just PAINFULLY slow). Is there a setting that I need to change for text messages or something?

Call your carrier to activate picture mail.
Some new options may take a few days to start working.

I just called them, and they told me it's already activated. I think it's something in the settings that isn't right because I was able to send pictures on Verizon, but now it won't let me on T-Mobile. Any idea as to what I could possibly need to change?
