worst costumers service ever

all t-mobile page fans, i want to tell u all that T-Mobile have the worse service on earth, i own 4 line at T-Mobile and when im calling to the costumers service they make fun of you and telling u they gone call back and they never call back.
i own htc 7 and its been replace 3 times and they suggest me to upgrade my phone paying $600 or again after 3 times they will send me refurbish one.
all of u check yelp,and complains.com and read all the details of what happen. also we creating page against T-Mobile
