i recently bought a telus samsung slyde and set up a 2-year plan, and apparently activated it online. HOWEVER, when i try to phone or send a text message, i am told the phone ISN'T activated. i go to telusmobility.com/activate and everything looks like the phone's already activated. but their website is **not** userfriendly and wherever i click i cant find a way to make sure my phone is activated, or it takes me around in circles. what should i do??
