A post made on 03-25-2010 03:04 AM is NOT a new forum!

There are many forums out there that were started at this same time frame when the Dell Streak first came out and have hundreds of post with many posts per day.
Dell on Android forums is one...
Dell on XDA-developers is another one...

The forum for dell phones was actually just created last week.
