picture messaging still not working

Whenever I try sending a picture message, it just about completes sending then it says "error". I'm sending to phones that have picture messaging. I phoned fido and I must say that their customer service it completely useless, he just said he doesn't know, my phone should be able to send them. Also asked him about setting up pop3 email accounts and he had no idea what I was talking about. Useless. Anyway any help is appreciated, thanks.
