Has Fido's "on hold" waiting time gotten worse ?

It's been a long time since I had to call Fido, but....

I'm calling in because once again I did not receive the referral credit promised and have been on hold now for 02:25:35 (and no guarantee that the referral will be fixed because the last one took almost 6 months to get the credit after having to call in on month 4,5 and 6). Alot of work for $20...

Seems to me that 2 1/2 hours on hold is alot, even for Fido.

3 hours and 15 minutes and counting......

If I get the message "15-30+" I hang up and call again. I can get right thru.

yes!! my GF is with Rogers, and she ALWAYS has to wait 25 MIN min. b4 fido was with rogers, I got thru in 5-10 MIN MAX! sometimes 1-2..
now, 20 ++ min. ALWAYS.
