i paid my bill at the bank. Paid on oct 6 and due oct 8-- fido says it takes 10 days for the bank to send it--as a result i owe 2%--
Funny thing is i told em that i cant pay my bill till i get the invoice and i told em i got it on oct 5--then they go we just received it.. you dont owe 2%
And they said i have 91 bucks against my 300 limit. Stuff outside of my plan.
Any why would they charge me for stuff "outside my plan" on my invoice ? without billing me for it
Why billl stuff against your credit limit ?
They said they havent generated the invoice to show what the stuff was against my limit. So i go send it then we can correct it. (as a newuser i get unlimited text, calls, etc for 3 month).They go it takes 7 days--
Also, do voicemails counts as text message since i get the +18 message each time and is there way to fix this? ie. when i get voice i dont want the +18 i want in the voicemail entry to say 1 or 2 or 3 etc. if someone left me a message
