Ok I've tried almost everything, this being my last resort so hopefully someone can help me

Basically here is the problem I am experiencing:
I can send text messages but I cannot receive text messages
I can however receive text messages when sent from the fido website

Now, because of this, other then the obvious I cannot receive text messages, when someone leaves me a voicemail messages, I do not even get the text message indicating that I have a voicemail. I also subscribe to the "who called" service and again, I do not get the text messages telling me who called when my handset was off or out of the service area.

I really don't know what to do. I spoke to customer service and tech support and well they tried everything that was written down at their end but I really dont think they realize what the problem was.
Given that I can send messages out, I think it has to do with the server that send messages out to my phone? Does that make sense? I dont know This is super frustrating. And like I use my text messaging often and during work I do have my phone off and I literally have to call my voicemail box everytime I turn my phone off to see if I have any messages.

My phone is a nokia N70 btw..

take out your sim card from that n70. put it to other unlocked or fido phone and tell your friends to send you a txt. if your recieved the txt from that diff phone, there something wrong with your n70. if you still don't recieved the txt from that other phone, maybe there something wrong with your sim.
