I just called Fido to change and add a certain aspect to my plan and they said last time i called i had entered into a legal contract.
How can they prove i have entered into a legal contract? i never signed any document.
So if i decide to change carriers on March 14 2007, they said i would have to pay out the remainder of the contract.............. that i never signed.
Im pissed....... im not paying them anything........ i havnt signed a contract in 6 years.
how do i deal with this aspect.
any help would be nice
Thanks

Re: Fido Says i have a contract?
Ask them to produce proof that you've signed a contract.

Re: Fido Says i have a contract?
Thecnically they dont have to produce proof. Its a verbal agrement. Believe me its really hard to contest that. I would suggest that you speak to a supervisor or the customer relation departement to see if it was a mistake .
