Samsung Jack - Fido's Offer

Hey everybody,

I was just wondering.. I've been looking into getting a Samsung Jack (Blackjack 2) from Fido, and I was wondering what their data plans are like, since that is what you need to get the phone at the price offered, but i can't seem to find the data plans on their website. Can anyone help me out?

P.S. Does the $7 unlimited browsing count as a "data plan?"
