Picture messaging...

Hi.

I have a Motorola V360 and while I can send text messages no problem, I am unable to send a picture message... it bounces every time (picture just taken or one that was stored - it makes no difference) .

I just got off the phone with a service rep who, unfortunately, didn't seem to understand the point I was trying to get across, consequently, I have turned to you guys for assistance.

Is there something that must be activated by Fido or I am just missing something?
