why does fido still charge me long distance on unlocked

Hi, I hope someone can tell me anything about why Fido is still charging me long distance charges, when I am using my samsung unlocked (and of course with a diff sim) in the states for a few months while on compassionate leave? Thanks!

well first of all fido does not support unlocked phones so we can not garentee the service with an unlocked phone. As why u are being charged for lond distance i dont know why beacuse the only whay that you could be getting charged is buy using a fido sim card beacuse that is how we bill everything if your not using a fido sim card how r u we billing you u must being using fido towars which is called roaming cuz u are using someone else towers for another provider

Take the USA roaming option if your sim card is inside your phone
