iPhone 3GS new contract pricing?

Does anyone know how to get an iPhone 3GS for $199 with a data block?
Fido wants to charge me $399? Some help would be nice

It is not possible to get an iPhone 3GS without a Data Plan. The reason is they implemented this policy is because so many people got their iPhones last year and and when they went to browse the internet didn't realize they were on the 3G network instead of Wifi as they thought.

The original subsidized cost is $199 (16Gb) plus Early Data Termination Fee of $200.00 equals $399.00. They had to add then cancel the data plan for you to have it that way. They system automatically throws on the cancellation fee.
