Question regarding invoices

Hey all, I'm a new cell phone user and I was wondering about the "Real-time balance" for the first invoice with Fido.

Here is what it says:
"Real-time balance
Past due amount :
$0.00
Total amount due :
$69.28"

Note that it isn't end of the first period so I'm not sure if this includes the fee for the monthly plan or not and I have not received an invoice yet. Assuming it does then I'm guessing $35 is from the one time activation fee and $25 is from the monthly fee giving a total of $60 before taxes.

I would like to know if the real-time balance includes the monthly fee or not, because if it doesn't, I do not know how to explain that balance since all I've done is text with this phone and made 2 calls that weren't during the evenings, each lasting under 3 minutes. My plan is the $25/month one with 100 minutes and unlimited texting.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Question regarding invoices

$35 Activation Fee
$1.xx Monthly Plan Charge (generally date of activation until next day)
$25 Pro-rated Monthly Plan (first billing period)

All this put together, will add up to aprox $69 tax in.

Fido uses prorated billing system, so your plan payment is always a month ahead, and your bill would reflect usage from the current period (which is why your first bill is already available). It's kind of hard to understand, but look at your bill when you can, you'll understand what I'm saying better with it in front of you.
