News: CityFido PrePaid Plan

For those into PrePaid plans, Fido has launched the CityFido PrePaid option that gives you 1,000 in zone anytime local minutes, incoming/outgoing SMS messages, call display, voicemail and call waiting for a price of $45. If you call out of zone and long distance the rates are about $0.40 and outgoing SMS to the United States and international will run you 0.25 per text.

Make sure that you are in the coverage zone before using. The cities in Canada that now have this available are: Toronto, London, Ottawa/Gatineau, Calgary,Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria.
