How to block premium sms

Hello,

I recently played a game contest in which it was necessary to register, giving your phone number. I did not know that I would later receive as many SMS and above what would sms premium: $ 2. FIDO already charged me $ 16 for this crappy game (I just saw my bill) and it gives me the balls!
So I wanted to know if it was possible to stop its sms (knowing that I can not remember the name of the site where I play) and eventually if I can get a refund ( how?).
Additional info: I have a LG Gossip.

it happened to me a few months ago... checked my √erizon bill on-line and noticed a extra 20.00 charge... so i called √erizon and i was told about Premium Text messages and that i received one and my wife did also. √erizon then put a block on all Premium Text Messages on all 4 phones. When someone tries to send a Premium Message √erizon notifies us and that one was sent and that it was BLOCKED.

Notify your carrier for help.

Premium messages sent to me were 10.00 each!!

yes... call service provider and have it blocked with them

If you set-up an account at Verizon.com, you can block calls from phone numbers you list in the block column. I used it yesterday to block a marketing number. There's lots of other options on the website you can do... pay your bill, view your charges, data, texts, calls, and change call plans.

Il faut répondre au SMS et inscrire le mot "STOP" et renvoyer le SMS.
