    i want to use my phone as a modem to connect to my ipaq 4155. i found a cable
    on the web for 80 dollars! thats way too much. anyone else seen these aroudn or
    know how to make one or something?

    Gomadic has a slew of cables for this type of app ----- but don't see the
    Sanyo 4900/5500 series phone connection. Check out the link below then write
    them about availability --- sometimes the web site is a half-step behind
    what they've actually got. Great and accomodating folks.
