I have an hp ipaq glisten from att. Since purchasing the phone it has been eerratic at best. It has great function but it locks up on an almost daily basis and since there is no warning as to when it locks up there is no way to know its off until you look. I am attempting to get the updates for the phone but the update key on the phone keeps giving me an error message. Does anyone know how I would get the updates for this phone? I am new to the forum and any information anyone can give me would be appreciated. Thanks
