You'd have to check the AT&T coverage map. Keep in mind that data is different from voice coverage.

I would check. AT&T has been getting a lot better with coverage. When I first got them, they didn't cover many areas of Pennsylvania, and in this area were not as strong as Verizon. However, now, they are about equal, and the coverage is getting better.
If you have a smartphone, there is an app called "Mark the Spot" that allows you to notify them of bad coverage areas, so that they can fix it as soon as possible. I've used it a few times. Whether it helped, I have no idea.
