    I want to buy my uncles Motorola V551, he's currently with cingular but he bought a new pone, an di wanted to know if I can buy the phone an dthen buy a pay as you go sim card for it? then just buy the cards when I need?

    Yeah just go to ebay and purchase a CINGULAR SIM CARD

    ok I do have a pay as you go sim card but it got cancelled and its gonna cost probably $50 or more to have ti turned back on, my friends cost him that much to do.
