Sony Xperia P prête à recevoir la mise à jour de Android 4.0 bientôt

Dans le cas où vous possédez le Sony Xperia P Ensuite, vous devriez être heureux d'apprendre que le fabricant prévoit le lancement de la mise à jour Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich très attendu assez rapidement.

According to Sony Mobile India and their latest Facebook entries, ICS for the Xperia P will start hitting the waves on August 19th and the deployment will continue until August 25th. Unfortunately the official announcement does not explain clearly whether or not this particular roll-out is expected only in India or in other countries and regions as well.

Fact of the matter is, this roll-out should definitely arrive on a global level sooner rather than later because the Xperia P is one of Sony's handsets to arrive with Gingerbread out of the box this year, alongside a promise that Ice Cream Sandwich will be available by the end of the summer. That being said, it would make sense if the post mentioned above is referring to a wider range of variants, and not only those in India.

Also, since the Xperia P is quite similar with the Sony Xperia U Sola et nous espérons que ces deux autres appareils recevront Android 4.0 bientôt.
