T-Mobile Huawei Mediapad will be called...the Springboard

T-Mobile has a new tablet coming out by Huawei, which was announced back in June as the Mediapad, which is a 7 inch tablet that will run on Android Honeycomb 3.2, has just released some press images of the tablet and will be known as the Springboard.

Features of the T-Mobile Huawei Springboard will include: a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, a 7-inch touchscreen with 1280×800 resolution, 16 GB of internal storage, Adobe Flash support, a 4,100 mAh battery, Android 3.2(Honeycomb), and support for T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ network.

Although we do not have any official word on the price, the rumored price is said to be $199.99 on a new two year contract with T-Mobile, which is the same price as the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet. Launch date has not been mentioned, but we will keep you updated on any upcoming release dates.
