on the 14th of december fido put a 911 call on my transaction when i did not call them how do i remove it like what is that transaction why would i call that number is that when your phone dies or no

911 is the police number. If You didn't make that call then best advice I could give is to call the fido costumer service 611 and tell them that you didn't make that call. And Hopefully they will remove it from you bill. good luck

I'm not sure I know exactly what you're saying but if you're saying we charged you for a 911 call then do what tony said. We have the ability to check you're billed calls. Time, Date, Length and where you placed the call. Chances are you dialed it by mistake or something like it. Just give us a call in and ask us to check the call info. We might have an answer for you.

i am living in india and i want to know one thing that when i call a fido number of my friend in canada it doesnot show that call is waiting when my friend is busy on some other call,normal bell rings and i am not able to get that my friend is busy on other call.how can i come to know that he is busy on other call.
