I'm with Rogers in ottawa Canada,
I'm looking for a phone with very good quality pictures but i dont want to pay too much.

Whats the best camera phone for the money?

I don't know how cheap it is over there, but over here in the uk, Virgin do Nokia 3200's for £50. the camera quality isn't golden sun - no megapixel or anything, but send them to a computer and they look like they've been taken with a megapixel!
