I'd like to set up a php/database program that text messages clients (with their permission) based on certain conditions. What's the proper email addressing format for a carrier emailing from any PC? Could I email something like [email protected] or [email protected] or something similar to that? Generally <areacode&phonenumber>@carrier.com. I'd prefer not to use teleflip if I can do it directly. Thanks.

Cingular has two--one for the orange customers and one for the blue side(former ATTWS). So much for simple...lol
No clue offhand what the addresses are cuz I have the send txt msg to former ATT in my favorites for quick access.
