I have just purchase the 7130e from a BellWorld Store in Toronto. I have been a Blackberry user for as long as they have been available and I have had about 6 different models. But with this phone I cannot seem to get a good signal anywhere in the city.

For datea, I cannot seem to get a read that says I am on the EV DO network and most often have only a 1x registering. As well, the phone always loses calls. It seems to be the most useless phone that I have used in 10 years.

I have gone to the Bell World and exchanged it for a new one. I haven't really tested the new one because the guy programmed the wrong Ser. # into the system.

Can anywone tell me if this is a real problem or if I just got a bad phone??
