Awesome idea! Check out this site: Planswitch . If I understand correctly, it's a cell contrat exchange site (much like classified ads, but for cell contracts) . Basically, if you're tired of your plan, you pass it on to someone (minus some monetary incentive). This is a great idea, I hope it really takes off. The site is not live yet though...
