The FCC has passed the Huawei Ideos X6 and although not officially mentioned, looks as if it may be headed to T-Mobile. Since the handset has AWS band support, the only known carrier that has the biggest supports of AWS is T-Mobile. If T-Mobile does decide to carry the Huawei Ideos X6, the phone may be re-named as they did with the T-Mobile Comet.

Features of the Huawei Ideos X6 includes: support for 14.4 Mbps HSPA (4G), Android, 2.2 Froyo or possibly Gingerbread, quad-band GSM support, a 4.1-inch WVGA (800×480) capacitive touchscreen, a 5 MP camera with 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, GPS, a HDMI port, a microSD card slot, Dolby Mobile surround sound and a 1 GHz processor.

Pricing and the launch date have not been mentioned.

I guess maybe it's because the name is quite a mouthful
