    I am trying to copy media files from my Pantech Burst to my PC, but am having some trouble. When I go to Settings > Storage, there is no USB Mode option. I have MTP connection turned on, and am not using an SD card. My PC won't recognize my phone. Am I missing something?

    Update: Turns out I hadn't downloaded the necessary driver. Problem solved!
